Buckles: Metal High Performance HD – For Corded And Polyester Strap are generally used for holding heavy and or awkward shaped products onto pallets, commonly with corded or woven polyester strapping materials. They produce a high strength joint – 75 -85% efficient, and allow strap to be re-tensioned should the pack settle . The only tooling required is a strap tensioner.

WIRE DIAMETER IS THE IMPORTANT FACTOR GOVERNING THE STRENGTH OF THE BUCKLE AND CONSEQUENTLY THE SAFETY OF THE STRAPPING SYSTEM. Cost also varies with wire diameter so check that too when comparing costs.
Pallet Strapping Machine?.
If these buckles are being used for palletisation work then watch a short video showing how the straps can be applied in half the time, with half the effort… you ve nothing to loose other than alot of time and hardwork.
